We spent an exciting weekend at the SW Chocolate and Coffee Fest. This is an amazing show with approx 18,000 people attending. The show features SW chocolatiers, coffee roasters, local breweries, wineries, food trucks and some great entertainment.
Our booth and products were well received. People enjoyed our pour over brew bar with Hawaiian coffee from Maui and Oahu, and our colorful SW flavor inspired chocolate. Popular favorites were our signature Prickly Pear/Hibiscus and Lime, Red Chile Raspberry with Heidi's Raspberry Jam and classic Vanilla Bean. Kudos to the show organizer and staff, this was a well organized and entertaining show and we'll be back next year with our new bean to bar line of SW chocolate bars.
Inspired by Chaco Canyon, Cacao Santa Fe has released a Chaco Pottery Shard collection of chocolate truffles with local and wild harvested fruits, berries, nuts, and spices in addition to its bean to bar chocolate.
