Inspired by Chaco Canyon, our latest collection of truffles features 4 authentic pottery patterns from jars found in the ruins of Pueblo Bonito in Chaco Canyon, NM. 4 flavors showcase both local and wild sourced ingredients with things like chokecherry, prickly pear cactus fruit, piñon, juniper, chili and traded goods like sea salt and cacao nib. Made with our Belize and Dominican origin cacao beans handcrafted on site.Trust me, they're NOT too pretty to eat!
