Cacao has released two new chocolate bars this month, both made from Zorzal Dominican beans. The first is inspired by a trip we took last summer to Chaco Canyon. For those that don't know, cacao residue was discovered in a cache of pottery jars in Chaco about 10 years ago.Some exciting trade going on with Mexico there in the old days. Its a 60% dark milk bar with chunky cacao nibs and red clay sea salt representing those early trade routes.
The second is a Sweet Milk bar for you Milk chocolate lovers out there. Mark created the Happy cow label . This is a 50% bar and its got silky caramel notes from the organic milk. If you love good milk chocolate we think you'll fall in love with this bar.
