For those who crave the variety and premium quality of fine single origin 72% cacao chocolate we offer the Single Origin Line.  These fine flavored single origin bars are made with carefully selected premium cocoa beans for a genuine experience of regional chocolates.

Inspired from our Southwest surroundings the Inclusion collection is punctuated by bold flavors, crunchy textures and the smooth rich taste of 55% cacao dark milk chocolate.  Choose either a full case of one type or the Mixed Set includes 4 each of the following bars:

Chaco Bar, Inspired by the Ancient Puebloan use of cacao in ceremony at Chaco Canyon.  This smooth milk 55% cacao chocolate bar is complemented by the crunchy texture of toasted cocoa nib and red clay sea salt.

A special shipping rate will be offered in cold months November - April.  Warm Weather Shipping will go into effect May - October and will ship in Priority Mail Medium or FedEx 2 day service and will include gel ice and special insulated wrapping to protect chocolate.  These will ship at a flat rate of $18 for shipping.
