Fine sipping chocolates and historic chocolate elixirs. Our premium sipping chocolate is a single origin dark 72% cacao easy to prepare on the stovetop with milk or your favorite non-dairy nut milk.  Thick and creamy traditional hot chocolate.

In the Elixir category try a rustic Meso American or modern Colonial and European drinks.   These drinking chocolate elixir mixes are made with Pure 100% unsweetened chocolate with a touch of honey or organic sugar. Some are hot and spicy with a blend of chiles, while others are tart and floral with prickly pear or French lavendar, while our Rustic Mayan drink contains ground cacao beans and coconut sugar.
