Bronze Medal Elixir Mix Bundle

Hot off the press! Our two chocolate elixir drinks were just awarded a Bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards Drinking Chocolate competition in Hanover, Germany Oct-24, 2020.

These historic recipes, create by Elixir master Mark ,are a rich blend of 100% house made chocolate and fresh roasted chiles and spices. The heat is medium. Tejate is a drink made with blue corn that is fire roasted before milling with addition of chiles and ground almonds. Its a more textural drink. Colonial NM was served in the Spanish court in Santa Fe in the 1700-1800's and is rich with hazelnuts, sesame, chile and spices. Both drinks can be mixed with hot water or almond milk. Specially priced Bundle includes 1 -6 oz bag of each winning drink mix. Easy to prepare at home with a whisk. Can be shipped in a flat rate padded envelope.
