Cacao Santa Fe Releases first Maui grown chocolate bar.

The Maui Chocolate bars are ready!

January's harvest yielded us 35 lbs of cacao beans which we turned into 72% chocolate bars. The bars are now wrapped and ready to enjoy. This is the first time a chocolate bar has been made outside of Maui and only the second bar ever to be offered for sale.
